Our Team
Ainemukama Tracy is the visionary Founder and Executive Director of Defy the Odds Initiative. She is a passionate advocate for holistic transformation spiritually, socially, and economically, especially among vulnerable populations. As the firstborn of six children, Tracy grew up in a home shaped by compassion and service. Her parents, deeply committed to their Christian faith, raised not only their own children but also opened their doors to orphans and strangers- providing them with education, life skills, and a renewed sense of hope. This upbringing ignited in Tracy a lifelong passion to empower, mentor, uplift, and encourage others to rise above life’s challenges.

He handles all the affairs that pertain to mental health and family such as Mobilization, seminars, Counselling etc.

With the reality that the Youth are tomorrows leaders, She makes sure that the youth are up to the task in a modern world.

Faith is the engine of hope, Ogaba oversees the faith and development programs that are very pertinent to the Defy the Odds workplan.
